Is it free to register my business?
Yes! Registering your business and joining YamaMi Marketplace is free. In the future, we may offer optional premium features designed to help businesses gain more exposure and attract potential customers. These would be additional investment opportunities, not a requirement to join YamaMi.
How long does registration take?
We aim to review registrations within 1–2 business days. Once approved, your provider profile will be published on the same business day. If additional information is required, processing may take longer.
Will my business appear immediately after registration?
No. Registrations are reviewed before a business profile is published. Approved profiles are published on the same business day.
Can I update my business information later?
If your business details change, you can contact the YamaMi team to request an update to your listing.
Do I need a website to register?
A website is not necessary for your YamaMi profile. You can provide other available contact information, such as a phone number, email address or social media page.
Will I receive reports about my business performance?
Yes. Participating providers receive monthly performance reports with available statistics such as profile views and clicks on phone, WhatsApp, website and booking links, where applicable. These figures show customer engagement, not confirmed enquiries, bookings or sales.
